They have led teams that have helped institutions innovate in strategic planning, enrollment and persistence, stakeholder insights, and effective resource allocation.
Serena specializes in strategic planning and also takes an active role in all TorchStar service areas. She has consulting experience with more than 25 college and universities.
Sally J. McMillan, Ph.D.
Sally specializes in stakeholder insights. She has experience in advertising and computer technology, served as an associate dean and vice provost, and is currently a tenured professor.
Emily specializes in enrollment and persistence with a primary focus on the role of families. She has leadership experience in both academic affairs and student life administration.
